Regular Rates

• Guestrooms $ 99.00-$109 (maximum occupancy 2 people)
• Deluxe Guestroom $ 125.00 (based on double occupancy,
  additional charge of $15 per night )
• Deluxe Suite $139.00-$149.00 (maximum occupancy 2 people)
• Two Bedroom Cottage $ 159.00 (maximum occupancy 4 people)

All prices are quoted in Canadian funds. Additional sales tax applies to all reservations. Effective July 1, 2010, the tax is 15%

All rooms are non-smoking.

Multiple Night Rate
Book 3 consecutive nights and receive 10% off the third night.

Deposits

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 25% plus applicable taxes is required. This amount will be billed to your credit card at the time of booking. This is required for all reservations made prior to the day of arrival.

For reservations made on the day of arrival, full payment on a credit card is required to guarantee your room.

Cancellation Policy

As we are a seasonal operation, every reservation is important to our business. Please give us as much notice as possible so that we may assist you in changing your plans or re-booking your room. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following policy applies. A $10.00 administrative fee is charged to process refunds.

For a refund of a deposit or to avoid a credit card charge, the following cancellation terms apply:

- For stays of 1 to 2 days, 48 hours notice prior to the day of arrival is required.
- For stays of 3 days or more, 14 days notice prior to the day of arrival is required.

However, if we can find another party to take your date(s), or if we can re-book your reservation, we would be pleased to give you a refund of the amount paid less the $10.00 processing fee.

Reservation 'No Show' Charge
Harbour View Cottages reserves the right to charge one night's room and taxes to the credit card on file for any reservations that fail to check-in on the scheduled arrival date and that have not notified us of changes or a cancellation.

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in Time
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. We make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Requests are handled on an individual basis and depend upon current availability. Please telephone us the morning of your arrival to see if an early check-in is possible for your unit.

Check-out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs are sometimes possible. Requests are handled on an individual basis and depend upon current reservations. Depending on the length of time, an extension charge may apply.

Pets

There is one cottage designated for guests with pets (the two bedroom cottage). We welcome well-behaved dogs, generally under 35 pounds.

Guests are required to sign a waiver and guarantee it with a credit card to assume full responsibility for any damages done by pets. Pets may not be left unattended in the cottage.

The cottage rate is $159.00 per night plus an additional charge of $15.00 per night for the pet. If you are interested in bringing your pet, then please indicate that on the reservation form.
